At the time of booking with Stone Collective Hire you declare that you accept and have read all Terms and Conditions.

Booking Policy: Please message us via Instagram or Facebook to secure your booking. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your preferred date. We do not offer holds without a deposit or full payment.

Exchange & ReturnsWe do not offer refunds however, we will provide an exchange within 24 hours of obtaining your hire, ensuring it has not been worn and you have contacted us.

HIRE CONDITIONS

Dress hire is for three days that starts from the pick-up date. The garment must be returned to us no later then 6pm on the third day of hire. Late fees will be charged at $30 per day. If hired garment is not returned within ten days, full RRP will be charged. Extended hire periods can be negotiated with additional fees.

At the time of dress hire current identifications, credit/debit card and signed waver will need to be provided. Once the garment is returned, and quality checks have been completed, your details will be destroyed.

If the garment is not returned or is damaged beyond repair the card details provided will be charged full RRP. If the card details are not obtained, the above conditions still applies and payment of the full RRP will be required.

Cleaning: Please do not attempt to clean the garments. The cost of cleaning will be included in the cost of the hire unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees if required.

Damaged Items: If any damage has occurred to the hire garment/s please contact us immediately with photos.

Please be mindful when using perfumes, deodorants and fake tan.

Any damage that occurs including, but not limited to, stains, tears, rips, pulls, fake tan marks, holes or otherwise are entirely your responsibility. You will be charged the full RRP of the item should this occur. If the damage is minor, we may allow you to pay for the cost of repairs.

Postal orders: We ship Australia-wide for non-local customers. In addition to the Terms and Conditions above, postal orders have added requirements to ensure that our garments remain safe on their travels.

Shipping costs are additional to hire fees for all postal orders. The cost includes dry cleaning and a return satchel. Express return postage will be based on costing available to the Australia Post website at time of hire.

By Appointment Only:

Monday - Friday: 5pm - 9pm

Saturday: 10am-2pm

Pick Up: First day of your rental period

Drop Off: By the last day of your rental period by 6pm.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All online orders who elect shipping by Australia Post will be charged for express shipping to ensure the garments have enough time to be returned, examined and dry cleaned before the next hire. 

It is the customers responsibility to place the garment's in the return express satchel provided and lodge to an Australian Post office within the hire return period. Should a weekend hire garment/s be sent any later than the following Monday 5pm, late fee/s of $30 per day will be charged. In the event, Stone Collective Dress Hire loses an order due to the delay, we reserve the right to charge additional hiring fees. The customers card kept on record will be charged, If we cannot charge the card, the customers have 48 hours to pay the fees before they are handed to our debt collector. Recovery fees will be at the customers expense. 

SHIPPING

We ship Australia wide for all our non-local customers. Shipping cost includes dry cleaning and a returns label.
